Job description
- Lead workshops on various areas of HCM functionality to clients and explain the terminology used during Hire to Retire Processes
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Configure Workday HCM Functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM Modules
- Provide expert guidance on Workday HCM best practices and functionality
- Previous experience in gathering requirements, configuring, and troubleshooting issues within Workday HCM Modules
- Proven Workday Experience
- Workday HCM Certified or equivalent
