CRM Consultant

Junior CRM Consultant | London 1 day per week | £30,000 - £40,000

We're working with a specialist digital consultancy that delivers CRM, data and membership solutions for purpose-driven organisations across the UK. With a significant wave of new projects underway, they're expanding their consulting team and are looking for someone who's technical, curious, and excited by the idea of learning a niche platform with real depth.

You'll be brought in to work on projects on a niche CRM but the beauty is you don't need to already have experience with the product as full training is provided. What matters most is your problem-solving ability, technical grounding, and willingness to push yourself during the first few months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either a bright graduate or an experienced CRM consultant wanting to step into a more specialised consulting environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Configuring and delivering solutions for not-for-profit and membership clientsGathering requirements, running workshops, and translating needs into technical solutionsWorking with relational databases and CRM-style structuresCollaborating with a supportive technical team on new implementations and ongoing enhancementsTraining clients on their systems and providing post-go-live supportManaging your workload across multiple projects in a fast-paced consultancy environmentWe're looking for someone who has technical aptitude through an understanding of databases and relational data, experience with CRM Systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot etc) and skills across SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript or similar.
