Solution Architect

You'll work closely with sales and client stakeholders to define and articulate innovative solutions across key areas of application engineering, including:

• Application Modernisation
• Augmented Engineering (AI-enabled development)
• Composable Platforms
• Customer Experience solutions

From early-stage discovery through to formal bid responses, you'll play a pivotal role in positioning differentiated, high-impact solutions., * Lead the technical pre-sales process, including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Design end-to-end architectures across modern application engineering landscapes
• Develop compelling proposals, solution narratives, and architecture artefacts
• Support and deliver client presentations, workshops, and technical demonstrations
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to shape winning propositions
• Ensure solutions are commercially viable, technically robust, and clearly differentiated

We're partnering with a global technology consultancy to find a technically strong Pre-Sales Solution Architect with deep expertise in Application Engineering and a proven track record in pre-sales environments (RFP/RFI).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business-shaping complex solutions, influencing client decisions, and driving high-value engagements., * Strong background in Solution Architecture within application engineering or software development environments

• Proven experience in pre-sales, specifically responding to RFPs/RFIs
• Deep technical knowledge across modern application architectures and cloud-native technologies
• Experience across one or more of: application modernisation, composable architectures, customer experience platforms, or AI-driven/augmented engineering
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

Desirable:

• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
• Exposure to AI/GenAI in the software development lifecycle
