Our client in Zurich is looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Fircosoft sanctions screening solutions.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain Fircosoft products and their underlying infrastructure (Servers, databases, interfaces)
Design, test, and optimise screening rule sets to reliably detect sanction-related risks
Monitor platform performance and introduce improvements to boost accuracy
Analyse system behaviour, review data patterns, and identify enhancement opportunities
Manage change documentation, performance reporting, and process descriptions
Contribute to system architecture discussions and participate in end-to-end project activities, from analysis to testing

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science (university or technical college) and hands-on experience as a systems engineer/administrator
Strong knowledge of Fircosoft products
Oracle databases
PKI, SSH, certificates
Networking (IP, Firewalls, load balancing)
Programming/Scripting
Messaging technologies (JMS, IBM MQ, Apache Kafka)
Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotatio
