- Develop automation that accelerates platform workflows and increases reliability.

- Optimize platform performance by continuously improving monitoring and stability.

- Improve end-to-end system monitoring to ensure platform reliability and proactively resolve performance issues.
- Develop secure automation pipelines that enhance release quality and streamline deployment processes.
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x and experience building software solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native architectures.
- Able to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Curious mindset with a drive to explore and innovate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable communicating technical details clearly.
- Flexible and open to new ideas.
- Proactive in improving processes and quality.
