Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to lead the implementation of structured test strategies for current and future defence products. As a Test Engineer, you will define test requirements, deploy diagnostic strategies, and verify test coverage to ensure products meet customer needs. This is a hands on, multidisciplinary role, giving you exposure to development, production, and manufacturing processes, while collaborating with design and manufacturing teams across the company., + Implement the Test Philosophy for production programmes as a Test Engineer

• Define test equipment requirements and production diagnostics
• Verify test coverage for products to meet functional and quality standards
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production design teams on test activities
• Support continuous improvement of testing methods and processes
• Document and communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders

• Degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
• Experience with development and production test techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate technical information clearly
• Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
