Job description

Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join a our London based client. You will join the commercial, marketing and operational teams to turn data into clear, actionable insight.

You'll play a key role in shaping pricing, forecasting and performance analysis, helping the business make smarter decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple data sources, building models and influencing stakeholders with meaningful insight., * Building and maintaining forecasting models to support business planning and performance tracking

  • Analysing sales and pipeline data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
  • Supporting pricing decisions through modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insight
  • Producing regular reports and dashboards to track performance and highlight key metrics
  • Working with CRM and financial data to improve conversion and overall business performance
  • Developing predictive models and running scenario analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with data and tech teams to improve data structure, accessibility and quality
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting, with a strong focus on data integrity
  • Creating clear, engaging visualisations using tools like Power BI and Excel
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and provide data-driven solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in a Data Analyst or similar role within a commercial environment
  • Strong skills in data modelling, forecasting and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools (eg Power BI)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ideally exposure to tools like Snowflake, Databricks or Python
  • Confidence working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
