Software Developer

Software developer required to join an award-winning finance business with a strong focus on delivering their customers an exceptional online service. I am looking for a technically minded individual, attracted by the opportunity to take on a newly created Software Developer position and support the business through its ongoing and continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working within an agile environment. Some of what you will be doing:

• Scoping and coding projects for internally developed software through to successful implementation
• The maintenance and improvement of existing platforms via both front and back-end development
• Working alongside the wider business to understand ongoing maintenance and development requirements, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting the management of new and existing agile projects
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and 3rd party development teams

• A strong background in software development
• Proven experience using C# and .NET as primary coding languages
• Varied project experience using WEB API 2.0 development
• A strong communicator with great initiative
