Job description

We are a modern, forward-thinking law firm with ambitious growth plans. As these plans develop and evolve, we need an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations department to support the integration of Sharedo across the firm.

The Role

As we roll out Sharedo across the firm, were building the data capability to make sure we actually learn from it. This role is the foundation of that turning operational and financial data into clear, commercially focused insight that helps our leadership team make better decisions, faster.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering firm-wide performance reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with clear, reliable insights into how the business is operating. You will transform data from Sharedo, finance systems, and other internal sources into actionable intelligence, ensuring that complex information is translated into meaningful analysis that supports both strategic and operational decision-making.

A key part of the role will involve identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities within the firm by analysing performance data. By surfacing these insights, you will help leadership understand where improvements can be made and where resources can be deployed more effectively. Alongside this analytical work, you will play an important role in fostering a culture of performance awareness across the firm, helping teams understand how data can be used to improve outcomes, efficiency and profitability.

Within the first six to twelve months, you will have established clear and reliable firm-wide performance dashboards that leadership actively use to guide decisions. You will have improved visibility of case performance and profitability across departments, enabling better oversight of how work is progressing and where value is being created.

Your work will also contribute to reducing the manual effort currently involved in reporting processes by introducing more efficient, automated approaches to data analysis and presentation. Through the insights you provide, you will support leadership in making evidence-based decisions and will have helped identify and contribute to at least one measurable operational improvement within the firm., * Business Intelligence & Performance Reporting
