Job description
As a Data Analyst, you will deepen our understanding of our network and performance by enhancing reporting processes and delivering actionable insights. You'll work across multiple systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support business growth., * Develop and maintain reporting processes across platforms such as Airtable, Talentwall, HubSpot, and internal systems
- Ensure high data quality through effective collection, validation, integration, and cleansing
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant, impactful insights
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, and Talentwall
- Experience with reporting/visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is advantageous
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with data integration, validation, and cleansing
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working with imperfect datasets
- 3+ years experience as a data analyst
