Act as a regional analytics advisor for assigned key clients, helping shape renewal and benefits strategies and decision-making.
Transform multi-country claims, health, and benefits data into clear insights and deliver analytics-driven advisory across claim trends, benchmarking, plan design optimization, pricing, cost modelling, and risk management.
Develop compelling narratives, visuals, and analytics stories used in senior-level presentations and commercial pitches.
Contribute to research, thought leadership, and the development of new analytics solutions and methodologies.
Support business growth by providing analytics expertise for proposals, pitches, case studies, and commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale analytics solutions across APAC.

Requirements
Skills and experience that will lead to success
5 to 7 years of experience in actuarial, data analytics, health & benefits analytics, or related consulting roles.
Ability to turn complex, multi-country datasets into simple, persuasive narratives and actionable recommendations.
Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced regional environment.
