Configuration Engineer

We are seeking experienced Integration Specialists to support a large-scale digital transformation programme within a defence environment. The role will focus on the integration, configuration, and deployment of PLM solutions, with a particular emphasis on Teamcenter Unified and/or Siemens Opcenter.

You will play a key role in ensuring systems are effectively integrated across the programme, supporting configuration and component management, and enabling consistent data flow across engineering and manufacturing functions., * Lead and support system integration activities, including implementation, deployment, testing, and configuration of multiple PLM modules

• Manage component, data, and configuration management activities across the programme
• Configure and administer Teamcenter Unified and/or Opcenter environments in line with programme requirements
• Support digital transformation objectives, ensuring PLM solutions align with defence engineering and manufacturing standards
• Apply configuration management principles in accordance with DEF STAN 05-57, JSP 945, and EIA-649C
• Produce and maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to engineering and operational teams
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption, Security Clearance
• BPSS clearance is required as a minimum
• Candidates with higher levels of clearance will be advantageous

• Predominantly remote

• Strong experience as an Integration Specialist within complex engineering or defence programmes
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Unified (preferred) and/or Siemens Opcenter
• Solid understanding of PLM principles, best practice, and lifecycle management
• Proven system xgikmsk administration skills with a high level of attention to detail and a logical, structured mindset
• Good working knowledge of configuration management standards, particularly within regulated defence environments
• Experience developing user guides and delivering system training
