Join Cleo's Strategy & Business Operations team, and be embedded in one of our Product Pillars. You will be focused on three core priorities:
Strategy & Planning - in close collaboration with Pillar & Product leadership, help validate the strategy & OKRs and drive quality in planning cycles.
Operations - help monitor performance of the Pillars and provide operational support to drive improvements.
Execution - support on specific initiatives within the allocated Pillar. For example, you could be project managing new credit products, making risk decisions and working with external regulators to deliver reporting, or driving the launch of a brand new product.

Requirements
