Job description

Integrity Compliance across ACT! Übersetzungssoftware Industrial Innovation Change Management Support Management Rollout Flexibilität Engagement, We are looking for a strategic leader to define and execute the Smart Factory vision for our global electronics production network. The position holder is part of the Electronic Operations Management Board. This role will shape a coherent Digital & AI transformation agenda that delivers the right level of digitalization-maximizing efficiency and employee enablement while ensuring cost-effectiveness. The position combines visionary thinking with hands-on execution, fostering an innovation-driven culture and guiding the adoption of advanced technologies across Operations.,

  • Define and steer the Smart Factory vision: Develop a future-oriented concept for production sites and translate strategic objectives into actionable digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Shape and implement the Digital & AI strategy: Design a forward-thinking digitalization agenda that leverages AI and data-driven solutions in a smart, scalable way, maximizing impact and simplicity while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
  • Lead transformation initiatives: Drive implementation of digital platforms, scalable architectures and AI-enabled applications to enhance transparency, efficiency and value delivery.
  • Foster an AI-literate, innovation-driven culture: Promote cross-functional collaboration and empower teams to embrace new technologies positively and confidently.
  • Provide leadership and organizational oversight: Lead regional service hubs and development teams as part of the global digital transformation organization to ensure accountability and performance.
  • Enable strategic, data-driven decision-making: Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technology solutions to ensure alignment with operational requirements and business priorities.
  • Monitor and integrate emerging technologies: Continuously assess market and technology trends relevant to electronics manufacturing to maintain competitiveness and future readiness.
  • Ensure effective change management: Act as a transformation leader who inspires engagement and secures smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Establish robust digital governance: Implement governance structures covering cybersecurity, data integrity, GDPR compliance and ethical AI standards.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in designing and leading large-scale digital transformation organizations, with a strong focus on AI in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record in managing complex transformation programs, ideally within electronic manufacturing or comparable automotive or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels. (convincing personality)
  • Demonstrated leadership in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • International mindset and willingness to travel globally.
