Job description
We are recruiting for a Data & Technology Coordinator to join a leading London-based higher education institution on a 4-month temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills to contribute within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Working within a specialist team, you will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of key data relating to student and alumni outcomes. You will play a central role in maintaining data quality, producing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
DATA AND TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Leading data collection activities and engaging proactively with alumni and current students to gather key information
- Designing and distributing surveys and managing responses across multiple platforms
- Building, maintaining, and analysing datasets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards
- Creating and managing dashboards using Power BI, improving accessibility of data for stakeholders
- Producing detailed reports and insights to support internal strategy and external reporting requirements
- Responding to ad hoc data requests and providing clear, actionable analysis
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve data collection processes and reporting capabilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data collection
- Demonstrating advanced Excel skills and strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation
- Working with large datasets and producing meaningful insights
- Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrating experience in customer-facing or stakeholder-focused environments
- Maintaining high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines
