The Role As a Senior Systems Administrator, you'll take ownership of a large-scale Linux/Unix environment supporting ultra-low-latency trading systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your decisions directly influence performance, reliability, and client experience. Responsibilities * Performance tuning, kernel optimisation, and troubleshooting * Automation, scripting, and configuration management * Monitoring, observability, and incident response * Infrastructure improvements and strategic engineering initiatives * This isn't a "keep the lights on" job-this is engineering with purpose.
