You will work alongside the Senior IT Manager and liaise with external IT providers to ensure secure, reliable and efficient IT operations. You will provide first and second line technical support to colleagues across the business, assist with IT projects, and help maintain effective IT processes and documentation. This role will also support our journey towards ISO 27001 certification, contributing to the development of information security controls, policies and best practices. Principal Accountabilities You will: Provide day-to-day IT support to users across the organisation Troubleshoot hardware and software Escalate complex technical issues to the Senior IT Manager or external IT provider Set up and configure laptops, desktops and mobile devices Manage user accounts, access permissions and onboarding/offboarding processes Assist with monitoring IT systems Support system updates, patching and routine maintenance activities Maintain IT asset registers for hardware and software Assist with monitoring system backups and disaster recovery processes Liaise with external IT suppliers and service providers as required Support implementation of new systems and technology improvements Assist with IT documentation, procedures and knowledge base updates Provide support for IT security initiatives and best practices Assist in responding to IT security incidents in conjunction with our external IT provider Support ISO 27001 readiness activities including documentation and control implementation Assist with IT audits and compliance activities Monitor service issues and identify opportunities for improvement Provide support for meeting room technology and office IT equipment Assist with procurement of IT equipment and software licences Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand technology requirements Undertake any other duties as required to support the IT function and business objectives Your Experience and Skills Essential Criteria: At least 1 year experience in a similar IT support or, Mortgage Administrator required to provide maternity cover within a Wealth Management Practice based in East Belfast.
