Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation undergoing a major digital and data transformation. You will work end to end across the BI lifecycle, shaping reporting, driving insights, and supporting strategic decision making across a complex, data-rich environment., You will work within a central Data and Automation team, supporting users across the group and delivering meaningful insight. Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Managing BI support tickets, troubleshooting reporting issues, and maintaining access controls.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver actionable insights.

  • Supporting executive-level reporting and contributing to data-driven discussions.

  • Developing and maintaining data models to ensure high-quality reporting outputs.

  • Enhancing reporting structures and supporting ongoing data capability development.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with Power BI, including dashboarding and report development.

  • Strong data modelling capability, including DAX.

  • Strong SQL skills.

  • Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate or Power Apps.

  • Ability to work end to end across the BI lifecycle, from requirements gathering to insight delivery.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
