Design Engineer

The Role:This role is for a Senior Design Engineer-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.You'll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:Design new engineering components and assembliesProduce models and drawings of components and assemblies using CAD systemsResearch new product ideas and methodsImprove existing products and processesAlter and modify the designPresent concept and final designs to customerThe IndividualWe're looking for people who can show:Nuclear sector background or other highly regulated industry sectors.High degree of knowledge around Design for ManufactureFamiliarity with 3D CAD systems (Siemens NX or similar) for model creation and drawing creationFamiliarity with PLM systems (Teamcentre or similar)Professional qualification in an engineering-related fieldSC Clearance or capable of achieving it.The Benefits:Competitive salary package/hourly rateTraining and DevelopmentCareer progressionDoes this sound like your next career move?
