A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with the ability to manage multiple projects while working independently with product teams, business stakeholders and IT to accomplish project deliverables.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements from various stakeholders and plan a solution to address data requirements Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics Define new KPIs and analyze them to form actionable recommendations Present to business leaders, in both ad-hoc forums and routine business review, to drive strategic decision making. Solve any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources Build user-friendly interactive dashboards and reports to empower non-technical users to query data themselves. Identify and implement new features that can improve operational efficiency Understand the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to know how data is gathered, cleaned, and updated from various sources.Ideal Experience & CompetenciesBachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics) 3+ years of relevant work experience using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma, PowerBI) Experience in all phases of the BI lifecycle in a Tableau environment, including dashboard design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
