IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, delivery and execution of complex technology projects, ensuring all requirements are met in line with business objectives, internal policies, regulatory standards, and best-practice methodologies. This role combines strong delivery leadership with excellent communication, problem-solving capability and the ability to operate independently within a small, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial insurance environments, technology change, and SaaS/third-party integrations., * Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring clear definition of scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.

• Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including technical SMEs, business leaders, and third-party vendors.
• Produce high-quality written communication, including project reports, status updates, RAID logs, and option papers.
• Use Confluence and JIRA effectively for project documentation, workflow management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
