Role Overview: You'll support the team by coordinating projects, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure operational and compliance processes run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working collaboratively to support business performance., * Coordinate and track projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed effectively
- Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and accurately
- Maintain records and update data in company systems
- Liaise across teams and with external partners to support project delivery
- Support process improvements and contribute to efficient operations
Requirements
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- GCSEs or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience in auditing, compliance, or technical administration
- Familiarity with database or CRM systems
- Knowledge of quality management systems
