Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant

They're looking for an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant to work closely with their internal teams and implementation partner to deliver the new platform., You'll act as the internal Salesforce SME, supporting the end-to-end implementation - from discovery and design through to configuration, data migration, UAT and go-live.

This is a hands-on functional role, working across recruitment, admissions, student services and wider lifecycle processes., * Gather and translate business requirements

• Support solution design with the implementation partner
• Configure Salesforce (Flows, security, objects, reporting)
• Configure Education Cloud data model and student lifecycle processes
• Support data migration from legacy CRM
• Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Support UAT and drive user adoption

• Proven Salesforce implementation experience (ideally full lifecycle)
• Strong Core Salesforce configuration skills
• Experience with Education Cloud
• Experience migrating from a legacy CRM
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working alongside external delivery partners
