Digital Business Analyst

We're looking for a Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across web, mobile, and customer platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and help design solutions that improve customer experience and drive business performance. What You'll Be Doing

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Map "as-is" and "to-be" processes
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and digital journeys
• Collaborate with product, tech teams, and third-party vendors
• Support delivery of digital projects and continuous improvements
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment
• Knowledge of web, mobile apps, APIs, and data platforms
• Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
