Job description

  • Design, configure, and optimize the Customer Master Data Management solution.
  • Define and maintain the data model (entities, Golden Record, hierarchies, relationships).
  • Configure match & merge, survivorship rules, workflows, and APIs in Informatica IDMC C360.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by applying standards and controls.
  • Collaborate with business, IT teams, and vendors to guarantee integration with ERP, CRM, and external sources.
  • Resolve critical data-related issues and ensure system stability.
  • Lead best practices and provide technical advisory on architecture, design, and configuration.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of professional experience, with 4-6 years in MDM (especially Customer MDM).
  • 3+ years working with enterprise MDM platforms (Informatica IDMC / C360).
  • Deep knowledge of MDM concepts: Golden Record, hierarchies, match & merge, survivorship.
  • Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP), CRM, and external providers.
  • Strong skills in data governance, quality, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to lead small teams (1-2 MDM developers).
  • Fluent in English., * Technical expertise in Informatica IDMC C360.
  • Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Focus on quality and scalability.
