Job description
- Design, configure, and optimize the Customer Master Data Management solution.
- Define and maintain the data model (entities, Golden Record, hierarchies, relationships).
- Configure match & merge, survivorship rules, workflows, and APIs in Informatica IDMC C360.
- Ensure data quality and governance by applying standards and controls.
- Collaborate with business, IT teams, and vendors to guarantee integration with ERP, CRM, and external sources.
- Resolve critical data-related issues and ensure system stability.
- Lead best practices and provide technical advisory on architecture, design, and configuration.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience, with 4-6 years in MDM (especially Customer MDM).
- 3+ years working with enterprise MDM platforms (Informatica IDMC / C360).
- Deep knowledge of MDM concepts: Golden Record, hierarchies, match & merge, survivorship.
- Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP), CRM, and external providers.
- Strong skills in data governance, quality, and technical documentation.
- Ability to lead small teams (1-2 MDM developers).
- Fluent in English., * Technical expertise in Informatica IDMC C360.
- Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
