Job description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a centralized Customer Master Data solution, ensuring alignment between business, digital, and governance teams. Your focus will be on planning, prioritization, and execution of MDM activities, orchestrating integrations, and enabling scalable, high-quality customer data capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of professional experience, including:
  • 5-7 years in Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Governance.
  • 3-5 years in delivery or product management roles leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Master Data (HCO/HCP) and Customer 360 principles.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica IDMC/C360 or equivalent).
  • Expertise in data governance, data quality, match & merge, survivorship, and Golden Record concepts.
  • Proven track record in Agile/SAFe delivery, backlog management, and sprint orchestration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP (SAP), CRM systems, and external data providers (e.g., IQVIA).
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations (batch, APIs, near real-time).
  • Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
