Job description
We are looking for a Stock & Systems Manager to join our team, operating across the P&I portfolio. You'll be responsible for improving processes, managing stock control metrics, and acting as an independent reviewer of inventory management practices to ensure KPIs and contractual requirements are met.

- Strong ERP & WMS knowledge, including implementation, and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively
- Expertise in stock control, replenishment planning, and high SKU management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

This is a full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours of work, any 5 from 7 days (08:00 - 16:00)
Pay, benefits and more:
We're offering a salary of £45,000 per annum, plus 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays), a company pension scheme, and access to an employee discount platform covering retail, tech, travel and more. What you'll do on a typical day:
- Ensure stock integrity and manage related KPIs across multiple contracts
- Develop best practice and standardisation of control processes with operational teams
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead stock-related performance improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and audit governance
- Analyse data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
