Job description

Are you passionate about data accuracy, education, and making a real impact behind the scenes? We're looking for a meticulous and proactive MIS Officer to join our team. You'll play a key role in maintaining learner records, supporting enrolment processes, and ensuring compliance with funding regulations., * Maintain and update learner and register data accurately.

  • Support enrolment and fee assessment processes.
  • Conduct data verification checks and audits.
  • Resolve MIS queries and monitor the MIS inbox.
  • Provide training and support to staff on MIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act.
  • Assist with reporting and data validation tasks.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Office experience?, * 5 GCSEs A*-C/4+, including Maths and English (or equivalent).

  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in data input and analysis in a busy office environment.

Desirable:

  • IT qualification at Level 2 or above.
  • Experience in educational MIS or exams environments.
  • Familiarity with ProSolution MIS system.
  • Knowledge of DfE and OfS funding methodologies.
