In this pivotal role, you'll drive the delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned HR systems and data services. Requirements

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a systems leadership role.

  • Proven experience with HR information systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR data governance, statutory reporting requirements and GDPR compliance.
  • Experience in leading teams or project-based work, with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation.
  • A passion for using data to drive people-focused insights and organisational success.
