Technical Lead - Mobile App Development

Aufgaben Consult Product Owner and team to implement features in the most suitable way Contribute to and review code regularly Manage and prioritize technical debt Define and monitor quality guidelines and processes Review and challenge architecture and software design proposals Ensure implemented features meet acceptance criteria and system requirements Drive secure software development practices aligned with cybersecurity standards Coordinate with Integration & Verification for complete testing Participate in recruiting interviews for external developers Influence and lead a European, remote, and dedicated supplier team Profil Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Solid working experience in mobile application development, including experience in a senior or lead role Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with excellent communication, collaboration, and Agile/Scrum experience Deep understanding of architecture principles for scalable mobile platforms Extensive experience with communication protocols such as Bluetooth, NFC, and Thread, including secure data exchange Strong background in integrating mobile apps with cloud services and REST APIs Proficiency in automated testing, including hardware-in-the-loop and IoT scenarios Solid experience with secure software development practices Strong experience with iOS, Android and Windows Fluent english language skills, german language skills are an advantage Benefits Extension possible Fascinating, innovative environment in an international atmosphere Hays helps you gain a foothold in innovative companies
