Job description
As Sporty continues to scale globally, we are looking for a People Operations (Systems and Data) lead to own the design, implementation and ongoing evolution of our new HRIS (HiBob). This role will be responsible for ensuring our people operations systems, data and core processes are aligned, scalable and fit for a high-growth global organisation. You will work closely with global People Operations leads, HR leadership and key business stakeholders to review and standardise people processes, roll out new system modules, and ensure strong adoption across HR teams and managers. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems and data, with a strong focus on enabling better people decisions through technology, automation and insights.
What you'll be doing
People Operations Systems Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation and rollout of HiBob across the organisation
- Act as the primary owner of people systems and data governance
- Partner with global People Operations leads to review, align and standardise people processes
- Ensure system design supports global consistency while meeting local and regional requirements
Process Design & Optimisation

Review and evolve core people operations processes to ensure they are scalable and system-enabled

Work with HR leadership to design and roll out new HRIS modules, including: Compensation Performance management Additional modules aligned to business needs

Ensure processes are clearly documented, governed and consistently applied
Training, Enablement & Adoption
- Design and deliver system and process training for HR teams and people managers
- Support the upskilling of HR team members to ensure strong system ownership and operational capability
- Drive adoption and effective usage of the system across HR, managers and leadership teams
Data, Reporting & Metrics
- Design and maintain robust people operations reporting and dashboards
- Define, track and improve key people metrics across:
- Headcount and workforce data
- Performance and progression
- Compensation and reward
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure people data supports decision-making, planning and governance
Requirements
- Experience leading HRIS implementation and people operations systems, ideally HiBob
- Strong experience designing and embedding operations processes in a scaling or international organisation
- Proven ability to partner with senior HR leaders and operational stakeholders
- Experience designing or improving performance and bonus HRIS modules
- Strong analytical capability and experience building people reporting and metrics
- Track record of driving change management and system adoption
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
