Job description

  • Customers: For support in application operations, you act as a direct contact person for customers. Active management of support and maintenance requests as well as active application life cycle management are part of your tasks
  • Optimize: You apply DevOps approaches, coordinate workflows, advance the customer with new ideas, and support them in their challenges
  • Know-how: You provide your application know-how and keep your knowledge up to date
  • Projects: You are responsible for the successful transition of applications from projects to operational operation and ensure Operational Readiness through structured handover processes
  • Coordination: With openness and good communication skills, you promote effective collaboration between customers, suppliers, and the IT department while adhering to SLAs and the maintenance budget
  • Shape: Motivated, determined, and with creative ideas, you help expand the AMS organizational unit

Requirements

  • You have a degree in IT and 3+ years of application management experience.
  • Strong communication skills and social competence are essential.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies is required., * You have completed computer science training and have at least three years of practical experience as an Application Manager in software development or maintenance
  • You convince with high social competence, strong empathy, and clear communication.
  • You are enthusiastic about supporting various customers and applications and creating real added value with your commitment
  • Teamwork and joint development are important to you, and you do everything to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level
  • You bring experience in project management and are familiar with methodological approaches such as Scrum not only from the textbook
  • You are familiar with ITIL and have experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
  • You are familiar with customer reports and creating KPIs
