Experienced IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Newton Abbot. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and cutting-edge technologies. You will join the IT Support Team for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimising IT systems, ensuring our clients' businesses run smoothly., * Provide exceptional technical support to clients, resolving IT issues efficiently and effectively.

• Support the full Microsoft M365 Suite of Apps, Backend, Defender and Azure
• Diagnose and resolve software and network-related problems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.
