Job description
You'll be the go-to person when engineers need help - whether it's fault-finding, reading wiring diagrams, or fixing software issues. You'll also help organise jobs for the engineers out in the field.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Help engineers over the phone, by email, or in person when they need technical advice.
- Support with error codes, wiring diagrams, and service software.
- Work with the Workshop Manager to spot common faults and recommend training or fixes.
- Speak with manufacturers when extra support is needed.
- Sometimes visit customer sites if there's a serious technical problem.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Technical support?, We're looking for a practical, experienced Technical Support Engineer to support our team of forklift engineers. This job is ideal for someone who has worked as a forklift engineer before but wants to move away from full-time hands-on work, while still staying involved in the technical side of things.
