marketing objectives. Manage the full lifecycle of customer journeys: onboarding, retention, loyalty, and reactivation. Collaborate with digital marketing, SEO, and paid media partners to ensure campaigns are data-driven and well-targeted. Campaign Management Build and run automated email flows (welcome, win-back, post-purchase, churn prevention, etc.). Use behavioral triggers and segmentation to deliver personalized communications. Platform & Data Management Maintain and improve CRM platform performance (data quality, segmentation, reporting integrations). Ensure all activities comply with GDPR and internal data policies. Insights & Optimization Define and monitor KPIs (e.G. CTR, CAC, CLTV, churn, pipeline velocity). Develop actionable dashboards and insights for internal stakeholders. Champion test-and-learn strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months In) CRM platform is running automated lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact.
Requirements
Marketing and sales teams have access to live dashboards with actionable customer data. Email campaigns are delivering strong engagement, conversions, and retention outcomes. New customer segmentation models have been implemented and tested. GDPR and compliance best practices are in place and documented. Tools You'll Work With ZohoCRM (Experience with ZohoOne environment is a plus) Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel. GSC, Zoho Analitycs, Zoho Campaigns. Collaboration: Google Meet, Slack. Who You'll Work With Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager Internal Marketing and Sales team External SEO/SEM agencies and digital partners What We're Looking For +3 years of CRM or marketing automation experience Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign strategy, and customer insights Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into decisions Proficiency in CRM tools and automation platforms Familiarity with GDPR and ethical data practices
