Job description
The Data Visualisation Partner is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of visual reporting solutions and managing the integration of our ThoughtSpot infrastructure. You will serve as the primary bridge between technical partners and stakeholders, overseeing the quality assurance of dashboard builds while leading the training and consultancy strategies to drive product adoption.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the technical collaboration with our ThoughtSpot data partners, overseeing the end-to-end dashboard build process to ensure strict adherence to design and data requirements
- Own the Quality Assurance (QA) process for all Visualisation outputs, utilizing a deep understanding of underlying data sources to validate accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies before client release
- Drive the internal and external enablement strategy, delivering comprehensive training sessions and user guides to ensure high adoption rates of our data products
- Act as the primary Data Visualisation consultant for clients, translating complex business objectives and KPI requirements into clear, actionable Visualisation strategies
- Proactively monitor live client dashboards to identify performance trends, key insights, and data anomalies, communicating opportunities for optimization to the Client Leadership team
- Champion best practices, governance, and design consistency across all Visualisation projects to ensure a best-in-class user experience
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define data modelling requirements, ensuring raw data is transformed effectively for front-end Visualisation efficiency
- Support the wider data division in scoping out new opportunities for utilizing AI within our Visualisation suite to enhance predictive reporting capabilities
- Manage the roadmap for existing client dashboards, continuously identifying areas for feature development and value-add analysis based on user feedback
Your KPIs / Outputs
- Drive high user adoption and self-sufficiency through the delivery of comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and external clients.
- Ensure data accuracy in client-facing reporting by executing rigorous QA protocols and validating Visualisation outputs against source platforms.
- Deliver best-in-class ThoughtSpot Visualisation suites on time and to specification by effectively managing technical workflows with external data partners.
- Increase client value and engagement by proactively identifying trends and communicating actionable insights from live dashboards to the account teams.
- Translate complex client business requirements into logical, effective Visualisation strategies that directly address campaign objectives.
- Minimize support tickets and user friction by creating clear documentation and maintaining an intuitive, standardized user experience (UX) across all dashboards.

Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Proven experience in managing the end-to-end build process of dashboards (specifically ThoughtSpot) and managing technical workflows.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to drive internal and external enablement strategies and deliver comprehensive training.
- Able to take ownership of the Quality Assurance (QA) process, validating accuracy and troubleshooting discrepancies before client release
- Proactive in monitoring live dashboards to identify performance trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Confidence in acting as a primary consultant, translating complex business objectives and KPI requirements into clear Visualisation strategies.
Skills & Experience required:
Must Have:
- Advanced proficiency in ThoughtSpot (or similar enterprise BI tools) and dashboard design.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and defining modelling requirements.
- Experience in Governance, Best Practices, and UX design principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Intermediate AI/prompt engineering knowledge.
Desirable:
- Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to define data models.
- Experience in marketing (offline and online) data.
- Experience in roadmap management and user feedback loops.
