Senior Front Office Engineer (Short-Term Power Markets)- Leading Global Energy Commodities Trading

This is an energy trading and infrastructure asset investment firm, powered by deep fundamental research and advanced analytics. Now looking for highly experienced Python engineers who can sit at the intersection of technology and trading to join the Data Science & Technology team in London. This team is pivotal in giving the firm a competitive edge, and the initial scope of this role will focus on short-term power initiatives, building tools and systems that directly enable the front office to test and execute strategies efficiently in fast-moving markets. To do this, you'll design, develop and maintain real-time trading applications, analytics platforms, and data pipelines critical to decision-making and strategy deployment for the European Intraday Power desk.
