As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of IT projects in a business. You will develop project plans, ensuring the resources required for completion are allocated correctly.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, define objectives and ensure the project aligns with business goals. You will also ensure all risks and issues are identified and that the project stays on track and within budget., The average salary for an IT Project Manager in the South West is around £54,000.   • Supervise project management and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and roadmaps
  • Correct allocate budget per project and conduct reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget
  • Communicate project status, updates and risks to stakeholders while building relationships with various teams in the business

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Prince 2 or other methodologies, AGILE experience and practical knowledge of entire system lifecycle
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT systems and various IT infrastructure
  • Previous experience running projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication with ability to build client relationships and work as both part of a team and independently
  • Highly organised self starter with ability to work on multi-projects
