How you'll spend your day
As a Quality Assurance Tester, you'll join an agile scrum team and play a key role in safeguarding the quality and reliability of a core SaaS product. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure features are delivered to a high standard and meet both user and business expectations.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Executing thorough manual testing of new features and user stories within sprint cycles
- Validating acceptance criteria and ensuring functionality aligns with product requirements
- Performing cross-browser and cross-device testing to maintain a consistent user experience
- Logging, documenting, and clearly communicating defects, collaborating with engineers to resolve them
- Contributing to and maintaining automated regression test suites covering critical user journeys
- Identifying opportunities to improve test coverage through automation
- Carrying out exploratory, risk-based testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Participating in agile ceremonies and helping embed quality early in the development lifecycle

Requirements
You'll be a detail-oriented QA professional who enjoys digging into complex systems, asking the right questions, and improving products through thoughtful testing.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in software testing / QA, ideally within an agile environment
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management
- Hands-on experience with manual testing of web-based applications
- Exposure to automated testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- A natural curiosity and instinct for finding issues before users do
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, self-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced SaaS or scale-up environment
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience testing SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
- API testing experience (e.g. Postman)
- Accessibility testing knowledge
