Job description
is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the Omada Identity platform. The role involves balancing strong technical expertise with an understanding of business processes to ensure compliance and efficient access management., Responsibilities typically vary depending on whether the role is in consulting, development, or support, but generally include:
- Solution Implementation: Configuring and deploying Omada Identity solutions (both cloud and on-premises) based on client requirements.
- Application Onboarding & Integration: Connecting and configuring various applications and systems, such as Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (Entra ID), SAP, Exchange, ServiceNow, and other cloud services/APIs (SCIM, REST).
- Lifecycle Management Automation: Designing and improving automated joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes for managing user identities and access rights.
- Policy and Workflow Management: Optimising Omada workflows, policies, and graphical user interfaces (GUI), including defining and managing access policies and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Data Management & Reporting: Using Microsoft SQL Server for data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and supporting data integration and ETL tasks.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for the Omada platform, resolving technical issues, access provisioning errors, and platform-related incidents.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and process flows, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements

Experience with Omada Identity: Solid, hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Omada Identity solutions is typically required.

IAM/IGA Knowledge: Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, identity lifecycle management, access certification, and governance processes.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience with Scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for automation and integration is a plus.

Familiarity with relevant technologies and protocols: AD, LDAP, SAML, SCIM, web services.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Certifications: Relevant IAM/IGA certifications (eg, Omada, SailPoint, Okta) are often preferred
