Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technical issues.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Troubleshoot iManage and legal applications such as IntApp and Aderant.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions.
  • Handle hardware support, remote access, printing, and mobile device setup.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation via Zendesk and update IT asset records.
  • Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and meeting room technology (Eptura/Condeco).
  • Ensure compliance with endpoint protection tools (CrowdStrike, Darktrace).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors.
  • Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a professional services or law firm setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 is essential.
  • Experience with iManage DMS and Exchange Online preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mimecast or similar secure email tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, team-oriented and adaptable in a busy support environment.
