Job description

  • Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation project
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture business processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into actionable project deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal specialists, external vendors, and SME client stakeholders.
  • Drive effective change management, ensuring users are engaged, trained, and supported throughout the transition.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation including project charters, status reports, change management and training materials.
  • Champion best-practice project governance and continuous improvement across all ERP delivery activities.
  • Build strong relationships with SME clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our ERP implementation project. This role requires a proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP deployments, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively within fast-paced, resource-constrained environments typical of small and medium-sized enterprises., * Demonstrable experience delivering successful ERP implementations within SME environments.

  • Strong understanding of SME business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms (Acumatica would be a bonus)
  • Excellent project management skills, ideally supported by a recognised qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining clarity and control.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in environments with limited internal resources, requiring adaptability and a pragmatic approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
