- Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role
The focus is on providing semiconductor solutions for Robotic applications such as Humanoid robotics, Drone, Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV), Domestic Robotics, Collaborative Robotics and Industrial Robotics.
You will:
- Lead technical go-to-market (G2M) activities and support Field Application Engineering (FAE) and Sales to enable design in/win
- Support RFP / RFI queries for technical topics on application level
- Provide early technical proposals including paper design and demo/reference boards for customers on application level
- Provide system concept verification including virtual and rapid prototyping for customers on application level
- Provide technical training content on system level and deliver trainings to mainly internal partners
- Provide structured input from market to internal stakeholders
- Support innovations and know-how on system level via cooperation projects and customer engagement
- Provide 3rd level support for Infineon solution offerings
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar areas
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor/power electronics industry
- Deep understanding of power electronic converter topologies and hands-on converter design experience
- System (HW/SW) experience in BLDC motor drive or inverter applications is preferred
- Experience with magnetic designs such as motors, transformers, chokes, EMI filters
- Knowledge of EMC and EMI test/design of electronic circuits/converters
- Experience in system level model and simulation for various power conversion circuits
- Fast learner and able to work under-pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to a variety of audiences; written and verbal fluency in English is a must
- Willing to travel globally, up to 40%

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter).
