Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on high-impact AI use cases across marketing, sales, and digital platforms. developing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions that create measurable business impact. You will combine strong hands-on technical depth (ML + GenAI) with clear ownership of delivery: shaping solution design, aligning stakeholders, ensuring engineering quality, and translating results into actions that scale., * Understand and translate business and customer needs into data products that improve digital net sales, productivity, and customer experience.

• Define success metrics and evaluation approaches; connect model outcomes to business decisions and measurable impact.
• Analyze and understand data from multiple sources; design pragmatic data transformations and contribute to automated ETL/ELT processes in partnership with data engineering.
• Apply critical thinking and state-of-the-art research to build robust solutions with measurable business value.
• Design and implement end-to-end Data Science solutions using machine learning, statistical methods, and GenAI approaches (including agentic/multi-agent patterns where relevant).
• Select appropriate modeling approaches, features, and evaluation strategies; iterate quickly while maintaining strong engineering practices.
• Partner closely with other Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and developers to integrate models into production workflows and digital journeys.
• Participated in the project planning, scope, and execution trade-offs; align timelines, dependencies, and milestones with stakeholders.
• Drive technical design decisions and document them; proactively identify risks and escalate early to keep delivery on track.
• Champion quality standards (testing, code review, documentation, monitoring principles) to ensure robust solutions that provide continuous value.
• Coach, mentor and leading other team members through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing; strengthen team methodology and craftsmanship.
• Thrive in an agile environment and adapt quickly to evolving business needs and fast-moving AI technologies.
• Work with global cross-functional journey teams to support refinements, journey mapping inputs, and documentation where it directly accelerates delivery and adoption.
• Influence across marketing, sales, and digital platform stakeholders to maximize adoption and ensure solutions solve the right problems.

Do you have experience in Machine learning?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, or related scientific fields).

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer.
• Proven hands-on experience in Machine Learning, GenAI, multi-agent frameworks, and writing production pipelines; strong curiosity and passion for the field.
• Strong Python proficiency and software engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders and goals.
• Strong communication skills in English to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with resource allocation, planning cycles, and articulating trade-offs between cost and benefits.
• Experience leading and mentoring other team members in previous positions is a plus.
