Job description
One of our international partners is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption within their large-scale Tech Enablement Program, with a specific focus on the Build & Run pillar. The core mission: successfully embed changes to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) that reduce engineering friction, improve automation, and accelerate delivery.
This role requires a pragmatic, execution-focused change practitioner who can quickly bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex technical initiatives. You will operate in a fast-paced engineering environment, supporting thousands of developers, while influencing senior technical leadership and enabling change without creating unnecessary process overhead.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands technical transformation at scale, and knows how to turn strategy into adoption across global engineering communities., * Scale change at speed: Design and implement an engagement model capable of reaching thousands of developers across multiple teams and technical domains.
- Incubator & Community Enablement: Engage a designated "Incubator" group and champions, empowering them to amplify, localise, and scale adoption efforts across engineering communities.
- Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Directors and VPs, shaping change strategies and ensuring alignment across technical leadership.
- Drive Agile & Innovation Culture: Embed Agile principles into the change process, focusing on mindset, behaviour, and workflow shifts related to new SDLC tools and practices.
- Technical Storytelling: Translate complex SDLC or architectural topics into simple, compelling narratives that drive understanding and engagement. Coach technical owners to deliver clear, impactful messages.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Build & Run TPMs, engineering leadership, and Tech Enablement change & comms teams to create a unified experience for developers.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise-level change management, ideally in large-scale technical transformations.
- Proven ability to hit the ground running with a strong action-oriented execution mindset.
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and direction to ambiguous or fast-moving programs.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-influence skills; able to independently lead multiple change initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in environments with high ambiguity and complex decision-making structures.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to use insights to influence decisions and shape strategy.
- Understanding of technology environments, especially SDLC, automation, DevOps, and engineering friction concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills., * Experience working within developer-first organisations or large engineering ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models, technical enablement programs, or engineering productivity initiatives.
- Experience working with global, distributed technical stakeholders.
