One of our international partners is seeking a Change Manager to drive adoption of a large-scale Agile@Scale transformation. You will play a central role in executing a multi-department change strategy, ensuring that new Ways of Working (WoW), delivery models, and agile practices are successfully embedded across the organisation.
In this role, you will act as the primary change execution partner for specific business units, working closely with department leaders, Transformation Coaches, and Senior Agile Coaches to tailor the central change framework to local needs. You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex organisational change, while ensuring alignment to the overarching programme strategy.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, experienced change practitioner who excels at balancing strategy with practical execution, navigating stakeholder environments, and driving real behavioural and capability shifts at scale., * Partner with central Program Leadership and fellow Change Managers to understand the overall change strategy, roadmap, and intended outcomes.
- Execute the centrally-defined change plan within assigned departments, adapting for local context while maintaining programme standards.
- Work closely with Department Leads, Team Managers, Trainers, and Agile Coaches to jointly drive adoption of new Ways of Working.
- Lead organisational readiness assessments and detailed impact analyses for your assigned department.
- Design and implement targeted resistance-mitigation tactics, communication plans, and training support.
- Plan and deliver local change events, including kick-offs and department-specific activation moments.
- Provide expert communication support, ensuring messages are clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate.
- Track and report user adoption, proficiency, and behavioural change metrics to measure execution success.
- Oversee the transition of new Ways of Working to department ownership, ensuring sustained adoption.
- Provide real-time feedback to the central Program Lead on barriers, lessons learned, and improvements.
- Support operational tasks essential for change execution, such as validating team compositions or stakeholder lists.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience executing large-scale, cross-functional organisational change (e.g., Agile at Scale, new operating models).
- Ability to translate strategic change direction into actionable, phased, locally-relevant plans.
- Strong stakeholder-influence skills at mid- to senior-leadership level (e.g., Department Heads, VPs).
- Expertise in stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and resistance-management strategies.
- Proven capability to design and execute internal communication plans and manage change events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative adoption data to inform targeted interventions.
- Skilled in leading outcome-focused workshops that accelerate decision-making and co-create adoption tactics.
- High personal drive, ownership, and autonomy in delivering change within assigned scope.
- Ability to synthesise insights into concise, persuasive updates for Program Leadership., * Experience within large, global, or matrixed organisations.
- Familiarity with Agile coaching environments, Agile@Scale frameworks, or complex operational models.
