Job description

Acting as a Scrum Master for up to 4 teams using your Agile experience to shape the overall process Working with cross functional development teams in planning feature releases from start to finish Removing roadblocks, supporting teams and making sure communication is free and open

Requirements

Innovation runs through the heart of this company, rapidly expanding and in need of a likeminded Scrum Master., A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field 5+ years of experience working in a Scrum master capacity Ability to manage multiple teams and deal with the interactions and dependencies Experience coaching Agile and other project management methodologies such as Waterfall Experience with CI/CD, QA and UAT strategies Experience with user story writing, burn down analysis and retrospective facilitation Understanding of planning and management tools such as Jira and Confluence
