The Business Technology Architect acts as the strategic interface between business stakeholders and IT, shaping digital solutions that deliver measurable business value. The role drives customer engagements endtoend-from understanding business needs to translating them into actionable technology architectures. As a trusted advisor, the Business Technology Architect supports portfolio development, strengthens capabilities in the Global Practice and builds competencies across teams - enabling scalable, repeatable, and highimpact digital transformation for customers., * Engage business stakeholders to capture objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digitalisation projects, from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support .
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations, solution scope, and technical feasibility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and transformation paths.
- Manage and develops cross-functional teams in exploring solution concepts, value propositions, and supporting business cases.
- Advise on technology choices, architectural trade-offs, and roadmap design.
- Initiates and leads (pre)sales with bid inputs, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Design endtoend architectures linking business processes with IT capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
- Steers teams with architects and engineering teams to ensure cohesive delivery of business impact.
- Build practice competencies through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop reusable templates, methods, and best practices to enhance delivery consistency.
- Mentor project manager, architects and consultants, empowering a strong business architectural community.
- Drive continuous learning, thought leadership, and capability development across the practice.
- Initiates and contribute to the creation and evolution of modular, repeatable portfolio offerings.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, + Excellent university master degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of experience in project management with strong focus on business architecture or IT-driven projects within the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience for developing of business strategy and objectives, enterprise architecture principles, business process modeling, and IT solution landscapes.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technology architectures and project deliveries.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Broad knowledge of IT and IIoT technologies (cloud, data, integration, IoT, automation, platforms).
