React Frontend Engineer - Remote/Hybrid, Health Tech

A fast-growing technology company in the digital healthcare sector seeks a Mid/Senior Frontend Engineer skilled in React and Next.js. The role involves developing modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving frontend architecture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and is based in Spain. • Build scalable and user-friendly interfaces aligned with product roadmap goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute to improving frontend architecture and application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous product improvements.

• 5+ years of experience working with React and Next.js.
• Experience with React libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Jira.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Spanish native/C1 and currently based in Spain.
