At Compare the Market, we're a purpose-driven business powered by tech and AI. We're building high-performing, results-driven teams with the skills, mindset, and ambition to deliver outcomes at pace. Every role here plays a part in driving our mission forward, and we create an environment where you can bring your authentic self, grow a truly characterful career, and see the direct impact of your work on the lives of our customers.
We've carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we're looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. If you love accountability, embrace challenge, and want to make a real difference, you'll fit right in.
We'd love you to be part of our journey.
As a Data Delivery Manager for Data Enablement, you will enable the effective delivery of critical data capabilities that underpin how data is governed, protected, structured and operationalised across the organisation. Embedded within the Data Enablement function, the role provides delivery management across Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Knowledge Graph, Data Privacy, Governance, Quality, Risk, Security, and AI Governance initiatives.
The role translates complex, often regulatory driven or platform based work into clear, achievable outcomes. It shapes how work is planned, coordinated and executed to improve clarity, pace and control, ensuring that foundational data capabilities are delivered in a way that enables safe, scalable and high-quality use of data across the business.
Some of the great things you'll be doing:
Data Enablement Planning & Delivery Oversight
- Own planning, prioritisation, and sequencing across Data Enablement initiatives, including RPA, Knowledge Graph, and data governance capabilities.
- Apply an understanding of technical and regulatory data work to shape realistic delivery plans and roadmaps.
- Support decision-making by articulating delivery options, trade-offs, and impacts, particularly where risk, compliance, and technical dependencies intersect.
Delivery Insight & Execution Support
- Stay close to delivery across multiple enablement domains to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early.
- Challenge and support teams on scope, sequencing, and approaches-particularly where work spans automation, data platforms, and governance frameworks.
- Improve flow and delivery effectiveness across interlinked initiatives such as privacy, data quality, and AI governance.
Measurement, Governance & Assurance
- Define and use delivery metrics to track progress, predictability, and outcomes across enablement portfolios.
- Ensure strong governance, transparency, and auditability of delivery decisions, aligned to regulatory and compliance expectations.
- Balance delivery pace with appropriate controls, working closely with risk, security, and governance stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Data Leadership Partnership
- Act as a trusted delivery partner to Data Enablement leaders and business stakeholders.
- Strengthen alignment across technical and regulatory domains, reducing friction and improving cross-functional delivery.
- Influence priorities and roadmaps through insight, credibility, and an understanding of both delivery and data risk landscapes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Graph databases?, * Proven experience in delivery management within data, platform, or regulatory programmes (data privacy or governance experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of data enablement concepts such as data governance, privacy, quality, security, or automation.
- Experience working with technical teams (e.g. engineering, RPA, or data platforms) with the ability to understand and manage technical dependencies.
- Comfortable operating across both detailed delivery and portfolio-level planning.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams across complex, interdependent domains.
- Clear communicator, able to bring structure to ambiguity and support informed decision-making.
Desirable
- Experience working with Robotic Process Automation (e.g. UiPath) or Knowledge Graph technologies will be advantageous, but is not essential
- Experience in regulated environments or delivering against compliance-driven requirements.
- Familiarity with agile, lean, or flow-based delivery practices.
